Kate is all about.  There is a process, that has been shown to work, although it is slightly different for everyone.  The underlying principles remain of understanding the key requirements that enable your dream outcome.  I use three key concepts taken from behavioural pyschology, nutrition and sports science, to ensure that what we talk about as 360 degree fitness, is a step closer. Currently training in Great Malvern and the surrounding area but have also worked in other parts of the UK including Windsor in Berkshire and of course anywhere on-line!
